Welcome to Playamarina 2. By booking accommodation through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking and Reservation Process

All reservations must be made using our secure online system, powered by Vik Booking Pro. When you complete your booking, you will receive an instant confirmation email with all the relevant details.

To reserve an apartment, you must:

  • Select your dates and preferred apartment.
  • Provide accurate contact and guest information.
  • Pay a €100 deposit to secure the booking.
  • Accept these Terms and Conditions.

Your reservation is confirmed only once the deposit payment has been successfully processed.

2. Payment

We require a fixed deposit of €100 per apartment at the time of booking. This deposit is deducted from your total balance.

The remaining balance is payable on arrival at check-in, either by card or cash (in Euros).

All prices are inclusive of VAT and local taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Booking Confirmation

Once your deposit has been received, you will receive an email confirmation with:

  • Your booking reference number
  • Apartment details
  • Arrival instructions
  • Check-in and check-out times
  • Contact information

If you do not receive confirmation within 30 minutes, please contact us directly.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In: From 15:00 (3:00 PM)
  • Check-Out: By 11:00 (11:00 AM)

Please notify us in advance if you expect to arrive outside normal check-in hours. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged depending on availability and may incur an additional charge.

Photo identification (such as a passport or national ID) will be required at check-in.

5. Cancellations and Changes

If you wish to cancel or change your reservation:

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival will receive a full refund of the €100 deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will forfeit the deposit.
  • No-shows will be treated as cancellations and the deposit will not be refunded.

To modify or cancel your booking, please contact us directly or use the link provided in your confirmation email.

6. Guest Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to:

  • Treat the apartment and communal areas with respect
  • Avoid excessive noise or disturbance to other guests
  • Follow any posted house or pool rules
  • Report any damages or issues promptly
  • Leave the apartment in good condition upon departure

We reserve the right to charge for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning if required.

7. Occupancy Limits

Each apartment has a defined maximum occupancy. You must not exceed this limit without prior approval. If you need to accommodate extra guests, please let us know before arrival.

8. Cleaning and Linen

Your apartment will be fully cleaned before your arrival. Fresh towels and bed linen are provided. For longer stays, additional cleaning or linen changes can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.

9. Smoking and Pets

  • All apartments are strictly non-smoking. Smoking inside will result in a cleaning charge.
  • Pets are not allowed, unless agreed in writing prior to arrival.

10. Liability

Playamarina 2 is not liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
  • Injury or accidents occurring within the apartment or complex
  • Disruptions caused by external events such as construction, weather, or utility outages

We recommend guests take out appropriate travel insurance.

11. Force Majeure

We cannot be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, health emergencies, or government regulations.
